I need to update the system and pulse was the answer. The service tech was very professional showed me the new features and how to setup what I

How do I get ADT Pulse?
ADT Pulse is only available for current customers. New ADT customers can take advantage of ADT Pulse features and benefits with the new and improved, ADT Control system. Customers will still have remote smart home connectivity using the ADT Control touchscreen at their fingertips.
How much does ADT Pulse cost?
The basic ADT Pulse package costs $52.99 per month with a starting installation price of $99. The ADT Pulse package cost includes pet-sensitive motion detector, wireless door and window sensors, and a backup power system.
Does ADT Pulse still work?
If you’re an existing customer with ADT Pulse equipment, there’s no need to cancel or upgrade your service. Your current system and equipment still work properly to help protect your home. Existing customers with ADT Pulse equipment can have their Pulse system activated, but if you’d like to upgrade your equipment, you’ll have ADT Control.
What’s the difference between ADT Pulse and ADT Control?
Unlike ADT Pulse, ADT Control includes a touchscreen control panel to manage smart home and security equipment at home with one device. ADT Pulse still allows remote control of your security system and smart home devices without the panel while using the Pulse app.
ADT Control is compatible with more smart home devices including Amazon Alexa and video doorbell cameras. You’ll be able to create scenes to control your multiple smart home devices at once. Turn off lights, lock doors and arm your security system with a single phrase or control panel touchscreen tap. You can also create rules to automatically enable actions if a sensor is triggered. If your smoke detector senses smoke ADT Command and Control can automatically unlock your smart lock, turn on smart lights and send an emergency notification.
